With this facility, Tesla aims to enhance its service quality in line with CEO Elon Musk’s commitment to better serve the customer base.

Expanding Tesla’s Presence:

Despite having nearly 300 stores dispersed across China, Tesla is continually exploring avenues to expand and improve its market presence. This new sales and service center signifies a critical step towards reinforcing its position as a leader in the electric vehicle industry.

Customer-Centric Approach:

Tesla’s decision to prioritize locations that offer accessible repairs underscores their customer-centric approach. By venturing into less-costly suburban areas, Tesla aims to not only reach a broader customer base but also elevate the overall customer service experience.
